Your Path to U.S. Citizenship Should Be Filled with Opportunity, Not Uncertainty

Becoming a U.S. citizen is a big milestone, but the journey can feel overwhelming. Many people find themselves facing problems like:

  • Waiting years to take the final step toward fully becoming part of the American community
  • Preparing for the civics and English language examinations
  • Understanding complex eligibility requirements, forms, and interview procedures
  • Feeling uncertain about timelines, outcomes, and what comes next

What should be a proud and rewarding time can quickly become stressful when navigating complicated processes and unclear requirements without clear guidance.

Stories from clients who have navigated the U.S. citizenship process with our help.

Aga Asbury is the best immigration attorney out there! She helped us with multiple immigration petitions over the years and every time, she made the process feel way less scary and way more doable. She’s not just super smart and really knows her stuff, but she’s also one of the nicest, most down to earth lawyers we’ve ever met. Talking to her never felt like talking to a lawyer – it felt like talking to a super knowledgeable friend who actually cares. No sophisticated legal language, just clear answers, support, and friendly, supportive vibes all around. Anytime we had questions (and we had a lot), she always took the time to explain everything. And the best part? Everything got approved! Every single petition. We seriously wouldn’t be where we are today without her help. If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer who knows what they’re doing and is actually awesome to work with, Aga is the one. 10/10, would recommend over and over again!

Working with Aga Asbury was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came to her feeling super overwhelmed about my I-751 (10-year green card) waiver application, but from our very first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Aga is incredibly knowledgeable and really knows immigration law inside and out, but what meant even more to me was how kind, patient, and friendly she is. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, always made me feel supported, and never made me feel like just another case. She was always there when I had questions or worries, and I never once felt alone in the process. Honestly, she made something that felt really scary and complicated so much easier to get through. You can tell she truly cares about her clients—not just on a professional level, but as people. Thanks to Aga, my I-751 waiver was approved without any problems. Because of my great experience with Aga, I also asked for her help with my citizenship application, and I’m now a U.S. citizen! I couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for someone who’s smart, kind, and truly dedicated to helping you, Aga is the attorney you want in your corner. Thank you so much, Aga—you made a huge difference in my life!
